Q: Employer not accepting notice period buyout resignation request

My current organization have 90 days Notice period but I am asking for resignation with 30 days notice and buyout for the remaining 60 days but the manager is not accepting and forcing me to serve whole 90 days.I want to ask is it legal to force any employee to serve without his will?nnMy contract have clause related to buyout. n"This contract of employment is terminable by Ninety days advance notice on either side or on payment of Basic salary in lieu of notice, and either party is not bound to give any reason therefore. However, it will be the discretion of the Company Management whether to accept the salary in lieu of notice period or direct you to serve the complete notice period."

with the information shared by you ,I can say you have right to leave job at any pointif you are ready for financiak consequences of this as per agreement. please ensure -1. proof of your resignation .2. proof that concern person is informed .3. while leaving ensure handover report and same should be mailed to all concernsmore guidance possible if can see your joining/appointment letter

Q: They was doing someone a favor but they did something suspicious

A friend of mine was helping a friend of hers who needed a favor. Her friend asked to deposit a check into her account because he didn’t have one. Her being a good friend she says yes. She couldn’t do it because she was too busy so she sent her log in information to do it over the phone. Once he finished depositing the check her account was placed on hold with a red flag. But she didn’t know at the time. A few days go by she calls him and asks if everything went fine and he said yes but asks her to call them to make sure. So she did, once she got on the phone she had to verify it was her. They asked her how much the last deposit was but she didn’t know so she told them to hold on so she can call the friend and ask. Once she asks he said about 20k she became shocked. Once she told them the info they informed her that her account was under investigation because of the large amount. (It’s more but this only allows me to send 1k words is there anyway I can email you the whole situation?)

I bought Top floor with roof right, I never stopped any member of building to go on terrace nOn their registery is mentioned they have right to go on terrace for dish antenna, AC unit, and for cleaning tankAnd in my registery is mentioned that Third floor with roof rightsnnThey filed a false civil case on menThat I never allowed them to go on roof top nnWhat should I do?

All floor owners have filed the case or one of them 1. if they have filled the case , you will have to put a reply in court through your Lawyer.2. you need to check the date of registry of your flat and date of registry of other flats.3. in case you have not created any extra blockage to terrace passage (other than Terrace door ), then they will have to prove that you stopped them .for more , please consult with some lawyer/Advocate with case details (legal Notice Etc.)
