Q: बैंक द्वारा चेक बाउंस का मामला दर्ज किया है
सर मैंने और मेरी पत्नी ने सन 2023 में एचडीएफसी बैंक मवाना से लगभग 2,90000+1,20000 का अनसिक्योर लोन लिया था, मैंने तो कुछ महीनो तक ईएमआई भी भरी थी किंतु मैं अपनी पत्नी की emi नहीं भर पाया। कुछ दिनों तक तो बैंक की तरफ से emi भरने के नोटिस आए और दो बार लोक अदालत की तरफ से नोटिस भेजे। अब बैंक ने ni act का परिवाद दाखिल किया है दोनों को ACJM COURT से नोटिस आए हैं bnss 223(1) का अपना पक्ष रखने को। कृपया कर सर मार्गदर्शन करने की कृपा करें।।
