Q: Complanit case under IPC 406 cheating case worth 5 lacs rupees

There is a case pending in CJM Court under category COMPLANT (Parivaad ). The opposite party has been summoned under IPC 406. He never did accepted the summon officially , only when I informed his family members he visited the court and challenged the order under limitation act , which was rejected by the court. He has been summoned thrice from the date of rejection , again he never accepted the summoned and now I am getting only dates from hon' court. How recovery can be made?

323, 504, 506 fake FIR has filed against meFIR number 92/ 2022UPNow 1.5 years over this is not in my knowledge, i have not received any court summon or letter received regarding this..But now this has came to my knowledge while renewing passport but passport has hold and not approved due to police verification is not clear.Problem is- Chargsheet has submitted but not found in court, also appointed advocate they are not able to clear all till 2 months.
