Q: Want to get out from my relation wife has put 498 A case against me

please explain if my wife putted 498A on me .How can i get out of this ,when this is not genuine and there is no proof in hand of my wife and her family .

YOU ALSO LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST FALSE CASE ON YOU U/S 498 A IPC AND ON GROUND OF MENTAL HARRASMENT TAKE A DIVORCE FROM YOUR SPOUSE.IF THEY DONT HAVE EVIDENCE OF 498A FIR WILL BE QUASHED .YOU PROCEED AHEAD WITH YOUR COMPLAINT.

Q: Temporary LIC assistant eligible under recent SC judgement?

Dear lawyer ,I worked for 85 days in LIC as a temprorary assistant between time period 1985 to 1991 and I am eligible for each condition as directed by supreme court but I am not having any record or written proof but just a eye witness and all the papers were burnt by office so what should i do to resolve this ...???

LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST LIC AND TAKE ALL DETAILS OF JOB FROM EYE WITNESS.IF PAPERS ARE BURNT STILL SOME RECORDS MUST BE IN LIC DATA BASE REGARDING YOUR JOB.ON INVESTIGATION IT WILL BE TAKEN OUT FROM THEM.

Q: Can relative claim for stay if we construct wall beside their windows

A plot is owned by my father and is also on his name.My uncles home is in neighborhood of the plot. My father allowed my uncle to put door and and window towards the side of plot for vantellation of his house. But now we want to built a wall there but he is claiming that he should be given a path there as we have allowed him to put the doors and windows. Can we build a wall there or he will get the stay from the court?

for how many years has your uncle stayed in the neighborhood plot.The question here is of adverse possession .Accordingly it will be decided.Wall should be such that windows are closed other wise he may get court injunction on construction.
