Q: Can I register a company along with my job

Currently I am working in a private company. Can I register a PVT LTD. Company under my name along with my job?

Yes you can register your company alone along with job but under your proprietorship you do not add the name limite or private limited in your company.Because it is amendment in company act 2013.so it is the answer to your query

Q: Joined service in a bank but a pending case under section 379 ipc

Sir, I joined a bank as assistant Manager but a case is pending under trail since 2011 in A,C.J.M. court. At present, I have been granted bail with two others. I have not disclose this fact with bank management and also not declare in the attestation form and affidavit at the time of joining this service. Any how if the matter came in the notice of bank management can they apply C.C.S. Conduct Rules and terminate my service under rule 5 (1) of the Central Civil Services Rule 1965?

No your service is not terminate because it is rule in jurisprudence that if the accused is not declared guilty by the court of law he or she will not be treated as accused by any government office or a private office.Because the case is pending you do or job and don't be panic unless and until the case is decided.

Q: Workplace mental as well as physical harassment

Dear Sir/Madam,good evening..It has been since 3 -4 months,one of my relatives has been constantly bullyed in a college. My relative(Female) is a PhD research scholar in that college. One of her labmates teased her in the name of racial discrimation.Later 4,5 labmates started behaving in the same manner..The condition got even worse..One of the male labmates hit her,further they has been trying to restrict her entry into the "cell culture" room..She complained many times to the HoD,but no fruitful result was found.kindly help..with regards....

First of you send a legal notice to the college for taking action against all the college in that department within 7 days if they to take action and solve the situation than it is all right and of they do not than you can file case under sec 153a 504 and 509 ipc against all the colleges of that department.
