Q: To stop the our uncle to go for sale deed registration

My mother and both expired and we were very in the younger age did not know the procedures and uncle got our rights by the way of Relinquishment deed and now he has entered into Agreement Sell with third party.please let me know how and where to complaint to stop that sale deed

You can go and inform the registerar of your area in writing. After that you can file a case to declare the relinquishment deed null and void... After this i will be in a better position to explain everything after knowing every fact of your case

Q: Counsellin in mediation center got failed. Will judge consider report?

I filed sec 9 on my husband and mentioned dowry harassment. And my husband filed sec 13 1 ia. In counseling I mentioned same point. My husband denied as fake allegations. Mediation failed. Can I get counseling papers? Now can I file MC before judgement on divorce? December next hearing.

first of all if you mean you want the 'mediation papers' that took between you and your husband with the order of the court than NO, you can not get those papers, reason being it is not admissible in the court of law.Also, if by saying MC you mean maintenance case than yes you can file it but there are few things that should be taken care of ..I would require a few more details to advice you best.

Q: College provided with a fake degree

Sir \nI did a 3 year degree from a college, and after receiving the degree I came to know that it is fake, so where can I file a case and what action can i take. \nI dont have enough money as I am still a student, i have heard about consumer court but still confused about if they take cases against educational institute.

you can file multiple suits and complaints... but before that i would like to know what kind of fake the degree is ?.is it not a lroper college ? or is it a college which is not recognised by some commission...after that you can lodge a complaint and eventually FIR against the college owners, also a consumer complaint.

Q: False notice received from saket high court

Our neighbour has made false complaint against us that we are stopping his water supply and doesn\'t allow him to use water \n\nAnd we have received a false notice that we has harassed his wife and stopping him to use water \n\nWe have our 3 water tanks on mumti and we own the second floor and terrace with all roof rights.

If you have received a notice from court that would mean you have a case file against you. you will have to defend your case otherwise the judgment can be made against you.Also, you can after that file a complaint/ petition stating the correct facts and circumstances.Also. Kindly inform all the facts and circumstances in to give you the best possible advice.
