You can file a suit for inder Specific Releif Act and vene under NCLT for getting all the details such as balance sheet, bank statement, audit report etc. but first you would need to send a legal notice to them

I belong from a RAI Sikh community which is SC community in punjab and haryana now. Previously it is an obc community. nI and my father has an OBC CERTIFICATE from delhi and central too.Please help how can i make an SC CERTIFICATE as the community has been shifted to SC COMMUNITY from obc by the government onlynPlease help

You need to secure and get a copy of the gazette notification that says that RAI community will now be recognised as SC community and then you need to apply for the certificate in the nearest office. You also need to see whether centre recognise RAI community as SC or not. If yes then apply for centre certificate as well. if no then apply is proper category

Q: By mistake false statement given on oath

In a 138 NI act, complainant by mistake tells the magistrate that he was in out of delhi on certain date and statement recorded on oath by magistrate and CDR called. Now complainant tells his lawyer that he hastefully given statement and he was not sure of his location on that day. Is there remedy available for complainant to secure him from legal consequences?
