You need to secure and get a copy of the gazette notification that says that RAI community will now be recognised as SC community and then you need to apply for the certificate in the nearest office. You also need to see whether centre recognise RAI community as SC or not. If yes then apply for centre certificate as well. if no then apply is proper category
