Q: IGNOU not providing me My MBA Degree since 2017

I have cleared all the said subjects for my MBA HR course in 2016/17 but i have not received my grade card and certificate. I raised grievances on igram portal of IGNOU but didn't receive any proper response. later I raised the grievance on public grievance portal three times and each time they gave different response. they crossed all limits when they deleted one course from my grade card saying that it was wrong course and you have not completed the right one.
