Q: Is it advisable to send amicable legal notice if mutual divorce desired or talk inperson first?5 yrs separation. 7 yrs together. No child. No legal action till now. My daughter unemployed, no house. She paid for her most of basic needs while married, also payed for renovation of husband's parents house. Husband conduct was bad. Earlier he was not interested to give my daughter's money back also. Daughter wants to try mutual first bt husband might not be ready without any legal intimidation.

yes, firstly send legal notice for showing desire for mutual divorce. if he is ready then file mutual divorce. bt if he is not replying or not agree for divorce, file contested divorce. you have right to get divorce.
Q: Mantaineance for working wife and 6 year old son
My wife left the matrimonial house on her own i have video proof of her leaving. Its been about 11 months since she left and no cases filed yet. If she files, how much interim mantaineance and final alimony I might be required to give ? Her salary 80k and mine 130k. I have dependent parents in 60s with no income proof for them . firstly she will file maintenance case, if she is working you have to collect documentery evidence of her work. so with judgments during filing, she will be not able to get maintenance. and if you have child you have to give maintenance for only your child.

1Husband forcefuly took my sign on prenup after marriage date(back date agreement). you can file divorce on basis of cruelty. for that gather evidence for filing so that case will b strong. collect all payment details for car and other which you give him before and after marriage. in which city you get married and which city you are living is matters.

Respected Sir Ma'am after six months of marriage I discovered that my wife has serious genetic disease which in medical reports shows that it is progressive in nature and no cure is available. Also basic marital obligation cannot be fulfilled, so I want to file for divorce. Can I go for that?

I am filing for divorce. I donot have any ID proof with address of house which I live currently in. Currently living in brother's house. My Only ID proof of address is of old house of parents which I don't now live. Should I write my current address in filing petition if I don't have proof of current address in my name. hello clients yes you can mention your current address as well as c/o, so you can receive notice. and if your are filing for mutual divorce, mention every details like if you are taking and money from your husband, and you are going to take every single thing from your husband's house after aur during divorce. and if you are filing for contested means one sided divorce ask some lumpsum money or ask your streedhan and just ask for divorce।
