Q: Punishment if Wife Complaint for hacking whatsapp

Case already in women cell. wife lodged another complaint for hacking her whatsapp. what to do now. what punishment will be given in this case and please give remedy provisions under my case.

Q: I have a query pertaining to a contested divorce

I am christian and got married 2 years back in the year 2015 for 2 months. I have stayed seperate for almost 2 years. Initially, I was going through a Mutual divorce with no demands , which was initiated this year in April. But, the other party withdrew the case before the first motion. Now, I would be going for a contested divorce. Kindly help me with knowing the fees.

Q: Should we have to change the company name after registration

We have a company XX, registered with MCA India, registred in Feb 2017. In July 2017 we received a letter from a lawyer saying that "Twitter" is his client and want you to change the name of your company because it resembles to Twitter's trademarks - "XX and XX". I want to ask that should we have to change the name? Because Twitter is a social networking website and our company is registered as IT company. Working of both is different. Also XX is not resembles to Tweet or Twitter according to us. If there is an anomaly then why MCA registered our company with this name? Or we have to act according to as per MCA letter if we get any letter from MCA instead?

It will also depend upon how you use your company's name for marketing and branding. For example, if you use it for marketing, there might be issues if Twitter has registered substantially similar trade marks.In short, exact answer will depend upon specific facts.

Q: Fraud done by bank not refunding money how to recover it

Online banking fraud happned of 34000 and bank denied to refund amount. I am struggling to get amount. Case is with cyber cell ,Gurgaon and no action from them yet. Waiting for result from them. Bank is saying that this is done through 3d secure pin transaction and it is purely personal. I am saying and reported the issue to bank on same day that these are not done by me. Please advise me so that I get my refund ?

Is this a banking transaction or credit card transaction?You can send a letter to bank along with copy of police complaint that is duly stamped with receiving date. Send soft copy of letter to bank officials along with physical copy via registered post for prompt action.
