Q: Being harassed in workplace by a girl.

A girl was bothering my friend at workplace. He threatened her to write an email with the evidence (sound recordings) to the higher authorities of the company, if she doesn't stop. Now she is threatening to file false complaint against him to the police saying he is the one who has been harassing her. She also said that police would listen to her and not him if she says he was harassing her even if he had proof and she doesn'tWhat can he do now?

you must make a written representation to your higher authorities of the company about her conduct and misbehavior.second thing you need to make a police complaint against her and file it before the concern police Station.you need to make it as early as possible.

Jai Hind Sir ,n I am Signalman (LMN) Mk Singh and i am serve Corps of signal . And i am permanent Low Medical category A2(P) P2(P) in Medial meniscus tear and Primary Hypertension and Both disability are one Attibutable and one Aggravated by military service. And my service is running 9 years , and i am withdrawal shelter appointment. Disability pension is entitled on being discharged from the Army on completion of terms of engagement. you are serving in army as sheltered appointment. your disability is attributable to military service and you are entitled to disability pension on being medically boarded out of service .for more information you can contact.
