A trustee of an educational trust can employ his relative in the trust run school or not. The local charity inspector is denying the recruitment saying as per Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 a trustee can not be a beneficiary in the trust. Please guide what reply to give to Charity Inspector.

Me hindu 27 yr hu. Meri shadi jauary 2017 me hui. Muje 2 mahine se mere husband aur uski family ne mere ghar bhej diya. Aur ab wo muje aur family ko divirce dene ke liye force krte hai. Aur usne muje whatsapp msg me likha hua diya ki agar tum divorce sign nahi karogi to wo muje badnam krne ki aur meri shadi ke time di hui sari chize aur sama tab tak wapas nahi dega jaba tak me sign nahi krungi. Aur un logo ne muje uske ghar me bhi choti choti bato ko leke bahot mental torture kya hai. To muje abhi kis ground pe divorce lena chahiye. Muje divorce lene ke liye kya karna chahiye aab? Whatsapp chat can proove that he said this to me or not?

I had partner who left partnership, I had given cheques as security to partner for balance payment assurance. After sometime he given hawala to a person who threatened lots of time and deposited cheque in the name of himself (Hawala Taker Name) I have audio recording of hawala accenting, what should I do, he filed 138 NI.
