Q: Empty Package Delivered from flipkart

I ordered a product from flipkart on 30th Dec. I received an empty package on 4th jan. I immediately informed the customer care they told me to wait till 8th (maximum resolution period- now I ordered another product on the same date and wanted to get them installed in my laptop together to avoid paying installation charges twice- flipkart said they will take this urgently however resolved it on 8th). On 8th placed a new order - cancelled that themselves on 11th (with my permission) and placed new order without replacement ( as i did not receive the product). On and till 17th they told me it will be delivered "by 7pm today (17th)". On 17th night they told me it is not even shipped. Told me to wait 48 hours multiple times. I demanded refund, after 24 hours they told me there is some technical glitch so asked my bank details so seller can refund. Still havent received it on 25th.So can I file a case ? and does the entire process takes place online?

yes it's possible to get married without parent's consent. There is nothing like court marriage. there are only two type of marriage registration. one under the special marriage act and second under the marriage registration act specific to your state. What is your religion and caste? which state you belong etc are required to answer your query further
