my divorce degee certificate advocate says only 1 copy comes from court and give it to opposit party, then how should i do and what is fee of nakal copy of divorce certifciate, or i get it from online?

no you can't get it from online...you should go in person in court and give the application for certified copies and pay the fees or you can hire an advocate for getting your copies and it's depends on pages of order or decree nakal copies.

yes...you can get legal heirs certificate...it will be given by the civil court..so you have file the application for getting legal heirs certificate, successions certificate from civil court... and with family tree chart and if anyone is staying outside India so thier powers of attorney and answer also compulsory for them

in the opposing party' s lawyer not appear it doesn't make effect in case ...in this cases party's attendance need more than lawyer...after one year of marriage and separation of parties you can file divorce case ..

A girl of office filled a complaint against me under section bns 74. I have granted anticipatory bail by session court. I have witnesses in support of my innocence. What are the chances of quashing of my FIR. Please suggest me a best lawyer in this regard in ahemdabad.

yes..you can file quahing ..court gives relief and you can send the order of session court ..and you should file quahing before file chargesheet from police station.. because after chargesheet there is no helpful for quash the FIR ..so as soon possible you should file quahing before high court...
