Q: College not conducting our exam by blaming university .

Divya jyoti college which comes under Agra university has not conducted final year exams for BDS (1year 6 months late) MDS (6 months late) . This college they don't provide materials to students, no quality education. Worst college that got recognition from DCI on average of 5 pg seats in each department. Any way to conduct exams and revoke recognition.

For the starter ,You can write to the concerned supervising authority I.e DCI and National Medical Commission (NMC) which regulates medical education and medical professionals. NMC replaced the Medical Council of India on 25 September 2020!

Q: Credit card payment issue,please help

Hi,I have a HDFC bank credit card with 26000 card limit,which now reach to 38000 with interest,due to corona positive I lost my job, I failed to pay my dues of credit card from last 3 months, they now started calling and msg continuously, I am not able to talk as I am under quarantine and feeling problem. I want to close my card and pay the balance in 3 EMI , but I want them to waive off the charges which is around 15000. Is there some way.

Yes , you are can this issue to Banking Ombudsman. Further , during corona , interest etc should have been levied by the respective bank. Pls highlight all details to BO. This query should be duly addressed by them

Q: My customer is not paying due bills payment.

I hv a shop, i gave goods on credit to one customer But he is not paying me now nor he is saying that he will pay . Its 50000 rs. What can i do?

u can send him demand notice, file summary suit ( civil suit), file a police complaint etc. however first send him a demand cum legal notice , asking to pay the due amount along with interest failing which u may take the above legal remedies.

Can I case against jbl as my product is under warranty . They repaired my product after 2 months as repairing time was 15 days . But my product is still not repaired. No response from JBL. I'm calling them since 3 months.. please help me . Contact number 7889588698

hi, These days company is trying to delay the repair work when warranty expiry date is near as to shift their onus. u can issue a suitable legal notice to the JBL and mark the notice to the senior management so as to receive a quick revert followed by desired solution. regards

Q: Bank seized my account inappropiately and unable to function it

My husband invested in a company in 1990s and received cheques each worth 2,10,000 dated june 2010. My husband expured in 2007 but we had a joint account so i applied those cheques in Bank of india in 2010 and all 4 were credited. But after few days a cheque was returned to my house and amount worth 2,10,000 was debited and then after few days my bank account was seized by bank. The reason stated was that the company is dysfunctional and the amount has been wrongly transferred to you by State Bank Of India (cheques were of this bank) till date the amount worth 6,30,000 is in my account but i can't operate it. I heard that a case is being contested between SBI and BOI in mumbai but they haven't involved me.

when one of the joint a/c holder expires, the said account is put on hold by the bank. generally , in such cases, a/c are closed as per the banking guidelines post receiving death certificate of the primary or secondary a/c holder and post completion of certain formalities, a/c is closed and proceed is issued to the surviving a/c holder by way of demand draft. kindly issue a notice to the concerned bank and complete the formalities.
