Q: Travel agent messed up my visa application and I was denied boarding

My travel agent messed up and made a mistake in my visa application and I was denied boarding flight which resulted in extra expenses from my side to get a new visa and ticket to continue my journey. It was a group trip and because of this the whole plan had to be changed which made us omit some places to visit, from our itinerary. Lots of planning went in to create such an itinerary and we didn't have time to extend or postpone. This roadblock kind of made the trip less enjoyable.

Q: One person give me a cheque signed front and back per Agreement.

One person gave me a cheque and we made an agreement signed by Rotary. Once the deal is completed he should give me 25% Of the total money received. If the cheque is bounced what will be the consequence.

if your cheque bounces you will receive dishonor memo, after that you should send an advocate notice within thirty days. first, you need to send an advocate notice to him. then, you can file a petition before the jurisdictional magistrate court.

Q: Imposed fine for exceeding student parking zone

Can college charge fines on no parking for students?As i have violated student car parking limit like 10-20metre and college authorities have imposed penalty for that like 500rs without any further announcement or rule of parking fine earlierShould i pay the fine??

If the college authority illegally imposes a parking fine, you don't need to pay it. You can file a complaint with the relevant government authority, such as the panchayat or corporation. They will take the matter and take appropriate action against the college.

നിങ്ങളുട സഹോദരിക്ക് കുട്ടി താമസിക്കുന്ന അധികാര പരിധിയിലുള്ള കുടുംബകോടതിയിൽ gop ആയി കുട്ടിയുടെ അവകാശത്തിന് വേണ്ടി കേസ് ഫയൽ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്. കേസ് ഫയൽ ചെയുന്ന കാലയാളവ് മുതൽ കുട്ടിയെ കാണാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Q: Don't submit my Advance pension documents timely due to the ego clash

Iam serving in Army since 19 Mar 2008.My pension out date is 30 Nov 2024.I and the officer commanding of my unit Subedar Major. Due to some issues of ego clash with me, my advance pension document is being deliberately delayed and it is causing me mental stress which will cause me to delay my service pension. first you need to send the representation to the authority regarding the issue after six months you can file the petition before the armed force tribunal. You should also complain about issues between you and that officer.
