Can police conduct rais in a hotel. If so, can they arrest me if am with my girl friend together staying in a room on that hotel, what to do if police raid in hotel ?

police can contact, raid in the hotel. they had the prerogative power to conduct the Raid poster. but the same time adult member and his girlfriend cricketers staying in a hotel room is not an offence at all.. they can even perform sex. because inside the hotel room is not a public place. and if money is not involved there comma it was not an offence at all. but both the parties must be adult.

That is why my husband was deliberately arrested.143, 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 324, 364A and 307 r/w 149 have been imposed. Now even after 2 months the bail has not been received. The husband had no part in the wrong done by his friends. I have a 2 month old baby girl and no one to help us. nHaving said all this, is there any benefit in filing a complaint with the Women's Commission and the Human Rights Commission? Or file a complaint elsewhere? what to do

I have a case going on in family court, so I have to submit my gold to the court as evidence. But I've given my gold to a friend so she can loan it for her business. Now I have to submit the gold and she's not giving back. If I tell in that court that I've given it to my friend. Will she face any problems?
