Q: Divorce granted but no legal papers received
I filed mutual consent divorce in Ettumannoor family court in the year 2022 through a lawyer. He informed that the divorce was granted by court and a decree was to be issued. But till now I haven’t received the papers from the court. Now the lawyer hardly updates or responds. I have paid him in full. I am a Christian.

I'm fact pyrated software use is an offence ... the criminal action can be lodgedbt any person.. the I formation can be passed to the cyber police . at the sane time the compensation case is civil in nature a detailed that can be initiated onlybt the concerned company whose siftwares were pyrated
Q: Cheating- Wife helped colleagues with her Gold. Not returning back……….
My wife helped her Bose and wife personally during a financial crisis in their company by sharing her gold. This happened in 2022. She helped them since they were very close friends. Around 60 pavans of gold in total in multiple occasions. They were giving dates multiple times, none of it have been recovered and given back.The gold pledged was sold auction. This we got to know few days back. What can we do to get back the gold. Can we file a cheating case? Please advise

in this matter ,we can go for civil as well as criminal actions..crimonsl includes filing for cheating as well as dishonest mis appropriation of property etc.. in civil , we can file money suit for Gering the amount of gold back ... need a detailed discussion before deciding the exact forrecourse to be adopted..criminal action rather helps to to coerce them to return you the amount.
Q: Divorce in CJM court which is running for 10 years
I am a Muslim a DV case was going against me for 9 years in First Class Magistrate court. Now before argument my wife’s family has approached for a settlement and we are going towards a settlement. First Class Magistrate court on hearing about settlement has moved the case to CJM court.1) is it possible to get divorce in CJM court. What is the procedure?2)) I have to give certain amount of money to my wife minor daughter so how it have to be given bank NEFT,DD or cheque.

The cjm court cannot grant an order of divorce....it s only the family court to give ... you need to file mutual petition for divorce on the basis of settlement arrived at in dv case .. that's the proper method
Q: I was seriously tortured and threatened by my family from childhood.
My life is a misery. I have been escaped from 2 (forced) suicide attempts(which both don't have an FIR). My both parent, 1 sibling, and grandmother have been torturing (verbally, emotionally,physically,[sexually-i'm not sure]) and threatening me that they will destroy my life by faking incidents and filing false rape cases on me which my parents told that i am raping my grandmother (who even don't let me sleep in night or even allow me to eat food even once in a day.

if you face such problems and wznt a legal relief, you can approach the. court with a case of domestic violence ..... any ways it is the last option to begone o ly of you continuously face issues from the above persons...I would suggest to try to solve the issues by settlement once again...the. if no results ,go for case
