Will takes into effect only after the death of the e executor and it can be cancelled any time before death . even I'd the will is not cancelled , it can be challenged by a third party before a court of law
Q: wife filed 498a against me and my parents
wife filed the complaint last year and now it has moved from police station to koyilandi court where a lawyer is attending the matter. at this stage can i move an application for FIR/498a case quashing at kerala high court? and if i can do that does that mean i will have to engage another lawyer for the high court matter. and once the case starts at high court can a stay be obtained for koyilandy case. what are the charges and fee involved as budget is a constraint.please revert with the same

you can file for quashing of charge sheet (since from your description I understand that charge sheet ) would have been filed by police .. you need the service of a highcourt lawyer for this ... thecfee depends in the gravity of the case Nd it varies depending on the lawyer ... we are doing at high court ...
Q: Divorce granted but no legal papers received
I filed mutual consent divorce in Ettumannoor family court in the year 2022 through a lawyer. He informed that the divorce was granted by court and a decree was to be issued. But till now I haven’t received the papers from the court. Now the lawyer hardly updates or responds. I have paid him in full. I am a Christian.

I'm fact pyrated software use is an offence ... the criminal action can be lodgedbt any person.. the I formation can be passed to the cyber police . at the sane time the compensation case is civil in nature a detailed that can be initiated onlybt the concerned company whose siftwares were pyrated
Q: Cheating- Wife helped colleagues with her Gold. Not returning back……….
My wife helped her Bose and wife personally during a financial crisis in their company by sharing her gold. This happened in 2022. She helped them since they were very close friends. Around 60 pavans of gold in total in multiple occasions. They were giving dates multiple times, none of it have been recovered and given back.The gold pledged was sold auction. This we got to know few days back. What can we do to get back the gold. Can we file a cheating case? Please advise
