My bank account has been frozen by Gujarat State Cyber Cell due to multiple cyber fraud complaints filed on the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal.I am completely innocent – the transactions were not done by me and the account was misused without my knowledge. First of all contact your bank and inquire which cyber cell has given an order to the bank to freeze your bank accounts and other details they have received from cyber cell, they are obligated to provide you with Cyber Cell names such as Ahemdabad or Vadodara, etc., Acknowledgement No., any other details available with them.. After receiving this details you can contact any advocate and you can file an application at the respective court which has a jurisdiction over whatever cyber cell has frozen your account and can get it un-freezed.

I am illegally confined by my parental family, forcibly separated from my husband despite a Gujarat High Court protection order (26/09/2025). I face death threats to me and my husband, sexual assault threats by my uncle, abetment to suicide threats, forced divorce, forced second marriage (BNS 87), and was made to sign blank papers under coercion. Police inaction continues despite HC email to SP/Collector.

answering your questions accordingly:- 1. Yes you can file a complaint under bns sec. 69 for having a physical relationship with you by promise to marry and now not fulfilling his promises.2. Yes you can file a complaint without informing your parents but for that you must have a cross age of 18 years.3. You can not file a complaint without revealing you identity.

Hello, if we talk about illegally confing and disobeyed of Hon'ble Gujarat High Court order, you can contact your privious Advocate for filing a contempt of court in Hon'ble Gujarat High Court, it will instruct police or you can ask your husband to file an application in judicial magistrate court under of BNSS through an advocate, in which a magistrate will order police search you and produce in front of court, from where you can go with your husband.
