Q: Want to get the road side space for my agricultural land legally

OUR 11 guntha agriculture land at vapi village. there was one builders land around the land our land situated in center.my question is may i got the road for my land for agriculture and non agriculture purpose?what happens in village roadside land was purchased by builder and rest of the land they want to purchase on low rate due to the reason of no road connectivity. is there any legal law for getting road connective to other. reply plz

Yes of course every land owners having excess to reach their land. if you are in small village where no t.p. Scheme is prepared and your land is under agricultural zone then you have right to claim and use 15 sq.feet wide road to reach your land. You can claim road under mamlatdar court act if t.p. Scheme is implemented then ther is no question of getting road from others land because concern authority prepared scheme in such a way that every land owner will get excess. Now your second question what happned when roadside land owner snatch your property in low price in that case i suggest dont surrender yourself and dont sell your land at cheaper price you have remedy to claim excess in others land and they are bound to give... hope you heard ‘nadiyo rasto’ and such nadiyo rasto shall atlest 15 feet wide where two carts are easily pass... hope you get your answer.

Q: Clarification on Loan amount paid through ECS

Dear sir I take personal loan from fultron india Last 3 month I can not pay emi due to jobless Fultron says me put pdc cheque in bank & complaint to police But my query is I not given any pdc cheque Idbi bank Last 6 month my loan amount debit through ecs in Idbi bank I given pdc cheque Icici bank which is before six month debit amount through ecs My salary account change due to this I changed ecs Idbi bank Can fultron use pdc cheque Icici bank? Yes or no please advise My ecs debit Idbi

Well i dont get you what is your query but for your information banks are taking pdc ceques for security purpose against legitimate dues but now banks are taking their money by ecs or rtgs moreover you have given authority to bank when you signed agreement of loan so they can take their money from your bank against your issuance of cheques if you not issued any pdc cheques then they will not take money from strange account so kindly concern your bank officer and please pay instalment dont take advantge

Q: What can I do about my illegally increased electricity bill?

Hi recently moved to new flat 1bhk they r making to much extra light bills only two members me and my Maa 3lights,4bulbs,2fan,1ac,1geyser for 2months 6000thousand I don't know how to handle this matter no light needed in day time bec our flat is in Conner we use AC only in summer only 30min plz suggest they r doing something in meter of light bill every time when light bill person is their wire here to there

You have not mentioned who is makin extra light bill i assume its electiricty authority in that case you can give application to authority and lodge tour grievance so they may change your meter or else they will observe

Q: What happens when both plaintiff and defendant are dead?

on 12 December 2017 1)In 1987 my grandfather got court decree for 1 acre land. 2)1988 my grandfather implemented and mutation and got land passbooks&title deed. 3)Later my grandfather land give to my father . Later my father given to me.am cultivating that land . 4)In court 1987 My grandfather is plaintiff. Other person is defendant.Defendant person absent for Court 4 times in 1987.then court given decree.5)But In court decree and defendant father name written wrongly example --defendant father is  but in court decree  is written.6) Both plaintiff and defendant is died right now.. Defendant sons are there persent. Defendant sons can appeal for Court ex-parti decree right now..

You have not mentioned what names were impleaded as defendants and what mistakes had taken palce now i assume that there was only spelling mistake so, There was bonafide mistake so far as name was concerned one thing was certain that summons was duly served and they did not bother about suit niether appeared nor even asked to correct name or they failed to come and say i m not right person....second defendants were same against whom your grandfather filed suit so there must be some conflict of right title interest in property against the very defendants so they have to come and say but they failed they can file appeal against exparte decree but sheer negligence and delay so you will win moreoever decree was acted upon owners are changed so dont worry

Q: Wife filed for increase in amount of maintenance in high court

I have filled for reduce monthly maintenance from 4000 to 2500 in family court but not approved by the court she filled in high court for increase the amount now what to do? No salary increase

You can file cross objections against appeal filed by your wife and asked court to reduce please submits your evidence which shows you can not earn more then your daily expenses court may consider your plea
