Q: Wants compensation as government school built on private property
Dear sir, Iam from a village in MP and there is a government school building is constructed and school is being being operated. The land is in the name of My father and uncles, as per Khasra. It is said to be donated to government but don't have any records. We want the monetary compensation for this land. So advice me what should I do.

You cannot file the direct suit for compensation rather you need to file the suit for delivery of possession of the suit land and demolish the construction thereof. Thereafter, we can press for compensation .
Q: Want to get my money back from a person but don't have any proof
I had a huge loss of money in my private business by trusting on one person. So I want my money back from that person who is refusing to give but I also dont have any proof against him. How can I deal with this ? Please help me.

Nothing can be done without any documentary proof. However, if you can pressurize that person to issue the Post dated cheque than something can be done. So I would suggest you to obtain the PDC in your favor from him.

Q: Share of the son in the property if father dies intestate
My father died in 1989 without will.l have one married sister. Am I the only rightful owner of the house and can I transfer house in my name without consent of my sister..I have original registry and death certs of my father

If your mother is alive then after your father's death then your mother will be the sole rightful owner of that house. Further, with the consent of your mother, you can execute the will in your favor wherein your sister will not have any right in that house.
Q: Legality of making the will for the ancestral property
My grand father in law inherited 15 acres of land from his father, so basically the property is inherited by him not earned by him. He made a will and name all the property on his grandsons name. Now any of his sons nor His daughter are able to take property. Can he write a will, is it lawful?

The question of Will does not arise as the property has been inherited. You may simply move to court and file partition suit. You may visit my office to file the partition suit and for proper consultation.
