Q: Arya samaj marrige and government job issue
Hello sir, i am nishi. Last year in august 2018 i married in arya samaj mandir without my family permission. I got arya samaj marriage certificate but i didnt registerd our marriage till now. And i didnt update my adhar card or any other document that i am married. I want to apply for gov job. I belong to obc and my husband sc category so i want to know. What should i write my cast obc or sc. And i want to hide my marital status. I want to write single in gov exam form. Is this create any problem in future if i get gov job or should i write married. We lived only for 2 months together. And now i am living with my family they didnt except this marriage. So i am confused what should i write in gov exam form married or single and in caste obc or sc. Please suggest.

OBC by birth is always OBC cast never change by marriage you can use OBC as your caste and for further details and about your concerns contact to my given numbers aur one more thing don't hide anything with the government records
Q: ISP asking for bill payment even though it was a prepaid plan.
My internet service provider is asking for the bill payment of Rs.1855 and as it was a prepaid plan I had already paid for the services in advance, I do not intend to keep the services going still they are calling me to pay the dues(which there are non because it was a prepaid plan) .Can I take a legal action against them for forcing me to pay for the services that I haven't acquired yet?

Q: Two Cheque issued to two persons against unsecured loan
I have issued cheques without date (2 cheques) , I already paid the loan ,but I doubt they may deposite the cheques as my relation with them is not cordial ,please advise what should to prevent any further complications.

just go to bank and make stop payment request to the bank. and also file a complaint with the concerning police station about what happened with you and your cheques may be misused. you may file a complaint of cheque lost.
Q: change of surname post marriage
my name is Manas Dixit and my wife name is Richa Jaiswal. her name got written as Richa Dixit in marriage certificate but she doesn't want to change her surname. is it ok or do we need to re-register our marriage?

Q: Bought some goods but supplier delivered other goods now not returning
Hi, I purchased some bulk order goods for resale from one supplier, I explained him about all the requirements instead he delivered some goods which is not as per my requirement but when I asked for replace it supplier denies and asked to reorder and pay one more time again. Is there any legal way about this.

Its breach of contract if contract is written or oral but u have to prove itU can file a civil suit in proper court. He will have to take back the wrong order or have to pay you compensation Money for the difference amount of the product
