if no appeal lies over the provided case order or over judgment of acquittal no appeal has been filed , as as you have mentioned, then you can apply for any govt. job. by the mean time if you have time to appear before any govt. job application then you should go for quashing of that case so that no further appeal lies over it.

I have filled a cheque bounce case of 16 lakh. My question is that apart from my 16 lakh how much compensation will i get means double the amount and fine and my orignal or how it is calculated please answer

yes, you can claim a max. value I.e. double the amount of cheque value depending upon the surity of amount. it is calculated as per multiplier method. you can even claim more then it, under certain circumstances. if you have already filed the case then you can make ammendments upto certain level ls only
