Q: Refund of fees from nursing college after withdrawing admission

I took admission in a nursing and pharmaceutical college.. I want to cancel the admission as I got admission in government school now what to do so that I can get my fee back as proof I have only reciept of fee paid.. And also want to complain against the college as they do not provide any service required for nursing college.. Note- I requested for the cancellation of admission and refund of fee on 5 September 2018 and the session will start from November 2018. Please guide me how to proceed. Thank you
