Q: What is the procedure of court marriage

I am a HINDU boy. I am in a relation with MUSLIM girl from last 5 years. We wish to marry each other but none of our family members as well as society would accept us. So we wish to go for a court marriage. None of us have someone who could be a witness due to social melodrama. As well as I don't know where to apply for marriage as well as the procedure. Kindly help us as we both don't want to broke our commitments. Do I need to seek a lawyer for this case for the post marriage issues such as threats??? What could be done for the social security and threats???

Procedure when both the parties are Hindu:1. The parties have to file a notice of intended marriage in the specified form to the marriage registrar of the district in which at least one of the parties to the marriage has resided for a period of not less than 30 days immediately preceding the date on which such notice is given.2. The notice is then published/put up inviting objections if any.3. After the expiration of 30 days from the date on which notice of intended marriage has been published, the marriage may be solemnised at the specified office.4. Both parties along with three witnesses are required to be present on the date of registration/Solemnisation.Documents required:1. application form in the prescribed format with the prescribed fee.2. passport size photographs of marrying persons3. residential proof of marrying persons4. date of birth of marrying persons5. residential proof and PAN card of three witnesses6. death certificate of divorce decree whichever is applicable, in case one of the parties had any marriages in the past.(There is a different procedure when parties belong to different religions)
