There are no laws which prohibit sale of hands ticked garments online. I believe you are an Indian resident. Your website terms must be very cleverly drafted. For eg- they shouldn't indicate that you are comfortable with copying any design. Do let me know if you would like to have quick chat over phone. I can draft/ proof read your website's content.

My best wishes!

Please take note of the following -
- you need to register yourself as a business entity,
- you need to have all the registration and compliance done under the commercial, civil and Labour laws of India,
- you need to maintain the separate account and financial transactions of this platform
- you need to have business contract from all such people whose garments you are going to sell online by your platform
Over than this, there are compliances under IPR heads, FEMA, SEBI, IT Law and environment as well to be complied while doing this business. Since you are intending to do a specific business in textile garment so you need to follow the textile policy of India as well.

Thank you for your enquiry. Firstly you are required to incorporate Company. After incorporation of Company, you are required to get PAN , VAT and Service Tax numbers to start the business. Further other licences are also required , please contact us for details.

Dear Sir

Thank you for your query. It is an excellent idea. There are generally two ways in which you can start your business online - (i) creating your own website and selling your products through it. You will be able to directly control the shipping and payment for the products. We can help you with setting up the website and getting all the necessary registrations and formalities. (Ii) the other route is joining an already established website. We can again help with you the necessary contracts and registrations. I suggest you should talk to us on the phone or meet us once to take this forward.

Thanks

Sanjeet
