How to raise money from investors for different ideas

Can we treat each idea as an investment option and raise money from different investors? How can we enter into a legal contract to raise such investments for ideas instead of for the company? For example, if we have idea #1, idea #2....idea #10, can we raise investments to different or same investors for each idea? what would be the expectations from the investors such on the ownership besides shares? since they will not be investing in the company, but only the idea.
