Received summons as i was a guarantor in someone else's loan

I recently received summons under section 19 of the recovery and debt act. They bank is saying that i am guarantor in someone else's loan. But i never signed such documents. What should i do?

As you said that summon has been served upon you. In this case you have to contest the case and prove the allegations otherwise. You can't avoid to appear beacause exparte order in your absence may fllow.

go and attend the court and tell the court that you have not signed any sort of papers of guarantee as per the allegations and also take the paper book from the bank officials to reply it properly and it is your duty to tell the court that the bank is making false allegations against you
