What is the stamp duty on release deed between brothers in Maharashtra

My brother and I want to register a release deed for transferring all our rights in our father’s house to our mother. I want to know the stamp duty that is required to be paid for the same.
A release deed needs to be registered in the office of the sub-registrar within whose jurisdiction the property is situated. A release deed that has to be executed in Maharashtra, which is in favour of a family member, needs to be on a stamp paper of Rs 500. Please ensure to cross check this amount in the sub registrar’s office itself, in case it has been varied. It is not necessary to get the deed notarised.
