what are the grounds of Restoration Petition

I would like to draw your kind attention that 1. A case was filled in the court of Dhanbad. The case was judgment and decree in favor of the raiyat in year 2005 2. BCCL filled a case and the case was dismissed for default in the year Feb. 2014. Since the Appeal has been filled as back as on 10.01.2006. against judgment 31.08.2005. But in spite several and sufficient opportunity appellant not taken any step for being in appeal and disposal of the appeal, even left to take any step since 30.05.2011. which shows that the appellant lost interest in the appeal. 4. Through sources i came to know that at present BCCL Higher management has filled an restored petition in April'2017. 5. Is the restored petition should be admitted by the court or not? 6. The cause given by BCCL that the concerning advocate has expired. Is this cause is perfect or not. In terms to admit the case.
