Filed a case plaintiff did not attend the court how to proceed further


23-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
we have filed a suit on 2005 but we didn't attended a court single time. In 2008 we have received as "judgement Plaintiff is absent,No representation,suit is dismissed.NO costs ". Could you please confirm whether 1. I lost the right on my property 2. counter party win the case on me ?? 3. counter party has right on property ??

Hi sir madam.
No no you have full rights sir this suit dismissed for default so you can reopen again because you and your advocate didn't attend mean the suit will be dismiss

You may file a restoration petition in the same court, if you are able to explain your absence to the satisfaction of the court. If it is not admitted, you may appeal against the order of dismissal of the suit. However, limitation matters in both cases.
