In this case a partition Suit has to be filed by your mother and the sisters who want to waive of their rights will have to give their share of property through a relinquishment deed in your mothers favour.

Best recourse is to file a suit for partition implicating all the legal heirs of your grandfather. The same will ease the process and also be binding upon all. You need to make all persons who are majors upto grandsons, party to the said proceedings.

Venerated Sir,
As per your query, you want assistance with respect to your ancestral property which has been purchased by your grandfather. With regard to your query I would like to inform you that you have legal right in the ancestral property and you are a co- pacener as per Mitakchara School. A legal heir can claim his shares in the ancestral property and you are one of the legal heir under reference, so can file a partition suit before the Lower Court and demand his claim. Prior to this make a signature over General Power of Attorney to those who is supporting you. Feel free to call me for better assistance
