What is necessary action if tenant does not vacate as agreed upon

I have given my property 2 room set on rent in the month of April, 2017 without any written agreement for the last 2 months tenant is not paying rent and vacating the property. Last month I have taken in written on plain paper with the signature and thumb impression of tenant that they will vacate the property on 20th July 2017 as they are not able to pay the rent and get it signed that paper by 3 nos. witness., If they will not leave the same on 20th july 2017 then what I should do. Kindly suggest.
Hello, Give him a legal notice and incase he fails to pay on time (given notice period), then take an legal action against him.

Please issue a legal notice to them for eviction of property and provide them 15 days for the eviction. If they fails to comply with the notice then you can file a suit for eviction before rent controller in court of law.

Hi. In the narrow conspectus of facts narrated by you it appears that proceedings for eviction has to be initiated. Depending on the agreed rent, the competent court will have to be decided for initiating eviction proceedings.

u have done a good thing that u have taken in written with his signature, but you have not disclosed the content of the paper. further, if he does not vacate by 20 july then u have to issue him a legal notice through an advocate teminating the tenancy. further pl. follow me if require.....
