Hello Sir/ Madam, i was scammed by a broker www.goldman-fx.com, first i deposit USD 3.000 transfer with bank account then i make a profit USD. 2.700now my account has almost USD. 5.700 and cannot withdrawal anything, what should i do sir/ mam?? -

Q: Provisions to take actions against the landlord not returning security

Hello i was living in a rented flat one month ago and shifted to new now, I had a rent agreement with the landlord in which I have deposited 26000 as security. In the agreement it is written that "the said security amount will be refunded to the second party at the time of the handling over the vacant procession after deduction all rental arrears, damages, charges, conciquences etc", but landlord didn't give us the refund at the time we left that place, he told us that he will take two three days for full check of property, which is not written in agreement. Now he has billed us lots of charges ac gas refill, cleaning, white wash, curtain dry cleaning, ro candles change etc and he has denied to give any thing, Infact he is asking us for more money. What should i do in this condition, everything was working when we left that place.

dear you can go for a recovery but there is one mistake that you have done while leaving you could have taken a handing over of possession of the premises any way you still issue a legal notice and asking for refund of the amount.the billing by a landlord can be challenged

,mere tenant ney mujh par permanent injection ka case dala tha jo ki meditation ke baad usne withdraw kar lea or court ney dismiss kar dea hai....humne uske against counter claim dala hai jo ki alag chal rha hai kyuki property ki value 80 lakhs hai....ab jab vo case dismissed ho gya h to hum un par konsa case laga skte h nikalne ke lea...kyuki counter claim to lamba chalega ...humko short m jald se jald nikalna hai...unke oper 307 ka case bhi chal rha hai

Q: Landlord not fulfilled their commitment now denying to return money

Landlord not fulfilled their commitments. took rent and security amount as cheque. took rental agreement fee and token money on very first day as a cash. after 25 days he denies to return any money, not solve any problems like plumbing, water etc and also not make rental agreement. i paid broker fees and broker also not helping much. what can i do in that case , he asked me to manage in this hell else vacate.

Q: what is the process of rectification in deed documents

Hi, I am from delhi, wanted to buy a flat in new delhi area called Darya Ganj, Actually I am seeking a home loan from one of the financier, but as per legal check done by the fancier through a lawyer, he says the last property chain paper contains a very minor error in the date of the sale deed papers, on all the pages the date mentioned is of 29th OCT 2015, but in one page due to typo error there is 2014 written, due to the same he is asking me to get the rectification deed registered, in that case only he will approve the legal on this property and loan can be processed. wanted to know the procedure for this rectification deed and charges involved and process time taken. Please help on the above question

dear ,it is always good to go for a Title search report if it is done it prior of sanction of the property and also instead of regretting at later stage . You have no option but to get the rectification done from the sub registrar office from the same person .thanks
