Hello,

Your neighbors cannot file a case just because you have rented out a room or sublet your room to another person, as long as you are the owner of the property. However, there should be certain reasons why they are planning on filling a case against you. Provide more info about the reasons why they are planning on doing it. Your neighbors also need to lead a peaceful life and if you renting the room to a third party is hampering the peacefulness, they can file a case against you. Provide more info for proper legal assistance.

Is it your will and wish to rent the rooms. Neighbours cannot interfere in your decision. They cannot file any case against you. You can do one thing you can file case against the neighbors a suit for permanent injunction not to obstruct for the peaceful enjoyment and not to obstruct to rent the rooms.
