How to deal with harassment by room mate

Hi, I recently moved to in May. And my roommate has been harassing me n disturbing my peace. Now when I want to move out she said that she won't give me my advance money since I did not give her two months notice. I am not able to live in such conditions. She even made a video of mine when she was fighting. She is defaming me. What can I do
