What action can be taken if Transport department is not responding

Respected Sir/Mam, My father has passed away in 2009, my father worked in TamilNadu Transport,My father died when he was on duty. I have applied for Legal Heir Job and submitted all documents,Since 8 years I couldn't get any official update/Response. Now am Jobless, and my age is 25.Kindly suggest me what should be done.Expecting response from your end.Thank you in advance
To get the compassionate appointment you can approach the Court. The claim for the compassionate appointment you have to follow certain procedures like
1.tell me have you given your representation within 3 years from the death of your father.
2. Have my given the indigent certificate which has been got from the taluk office.
3.if so we can claim through court.

First you clarify whether you gave application for compassionate appointment within 3years from the date of expiry. If yes, Postal acknowledgement is must. Compassionate appointment is not a matter of right. But you can claim. In several cases, Only after getting order from high court, the same will be considered. Please approach jurisdictional high court.
