Normally companies have policy to buy back the bond period. Talk to your HR and if they refuse to listen, we. We can send a legal notice. No company can force you to work with them or withheld your documents

Please take note of following -
1. If there is a bond in between you and your organization to serve the organization for a particular period of time then you have to honour it by serving the organization till that period of time.
2. If you don't want to do that then you have to buy back that bond period by paying the amount which is mentioned in the bond. In your case, it is one lakh.
3. However these sorts of bond has no merits of their own unless you have been trained based on that bond at the expense of the company.

Dear Sir,
If you signed a bond you are bound by it and have to fulfill your part of contract. If the employer fails to fulfill his part then you may take legal recourse. However the employer can not keep your originals. You may write a mailto HR for release of your documents. If they refuse, you may approach the Court for remedy.
