Q: Ex-girlfriend blackmailing to get me caught in false case

My ex girlfriend and her new boyfriend are threatening on e- mails sent from fake ip addresses that they would kill my friend and blame it on me as his goons will state in court that i did it. He has contacts with Mafia as well it seems as a person was caught following my friend and took my name when asked who sent you and they keep calling etc from fake numbers. I know it's them, my friend knows it's them. They even hack our whatsapp etc. What do i do? Is the legal system such a joke here? Everyone can be bought and sold?

File a complaint against them in police and cyber cell with all the details. Also tell your friend(if she is a female) to file a separate complaint for stalking. No one can kill any random person and blame it on you without evidence or anything.

Q: Want to change my job but can`t do so due to service bond, what to do

I am working in a delhi based company. during my recruitment they asked me to sign a bond. the bond was totally one sided and they had taken 1.5 lack cheque and my original documents also. when I demand for receiving of my documents and cheque they replied after your completion of 1 year bond, you ll get it back. now I want to leave this company because they harassing me daily what should I do ?

Normally companies have policy to buy back the bond period. Talk to your HR and if they refuse to listen, we. We can send a legal notice. No company can force you to work with them or withheld your documents

Q: How to ascertain the validity of a will

My uncle filed a suit for possession of a property we are living in for 32 years on basis of a registered will made by my grandmother who died within 10 days of execution of will. She was ill for an year before this and was under the care of my uncle whom she left everything in her will. He filed a suit and we gave a written statement alleging that the will is forged and fabricated and that the house was orally gifted to us by grandmother when purchased. Now the court issues listed out for settlement by LC does not include the issue of validity of will. I am asking my lawyer to get the issues revised as the will is suspicious and forced but he says that it is good for us if the issues listed do not have issue of wills validity. Is it true ? Should we ideally apply for the issues reframing or apply for revision of written statement where allegations have been erroneously made as fabricated will and not forced will.

You should file an application for framing of additional issues with regards to the validity of the will. If there is no specific denial, the court may deem it as an admission Further advice can be given after perusal of the case files

Q: Fraud made by principal abusing children

I joinded a school which is not recognise as a mathematics teacher on 10 th December 2016 and started teaching at 14000 salary and after winter vacation school opened with news that the principal was abusing children for 4 years and giving them money for this at his room many teachers know that about his behaviour except me because i was joind one month before. And he also took Money from 10th class students for therir exam he told that your exam will be saharsa dps school and one student also took admission through me and give 50000 to the school. I only told the boy that this school can helped you other work the boy do himself. Before they made FIR against school or me and other activities what SHOULD i have to do plz help me. School is now closed from yesterday after exam or class 1 to 7th And i emailed today of resignation to the principal and principal is underground last 10days.

Sir, First of all, send your resignation letter through registered post mentioning your email about the resignation and keep a copy with yourself. Lodge a complaint with police about the illegal activities of the principal.
