Suspended from service did not receive pay for such period how

05-Jul-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
I was a government teacher. In 2008 there were 4 cases filed against me. I served the punishment as well for it. When i got out my arrears weren't paid and PF was not paid. On asking the education department for the same they said that i was not terminated from the services and i was only suspended. So i wanted that we are given 75% pay on suspension but the same was also not given. How can i obtain my dues from the government?

First of all kindly write a representation to government seeking your due and status so that you have something in writing. Then you can file application in central administrative tribunal seeking arrears if you are suspended

You can approach court for redressal of your grievances. Proper advice can be given only after seeing your case file. However, whatever be the case, before going to the court for redressal you are required to exhaust all administrative remedies. At this stage I would advise you to write to your administrative authorities for redressal of all your grievances and get a reply from them first. 75% is not the standard entitle of subsistence allowance during the period of suspension, it depends on the circumstances of the case, period of suspension and the orders of subsistence allownces.
