Resignation Due to health Issue still forced to pay 3 months salary

I am surfing low back page (loss of lumbar lordosis) that's why i am send my resignation in company. but company not accepted my resignation and call me and say if you not resume for work or pay 3 month salary so company take legal action against you. Please tell me company take legal action in this condition,

In your question you have not mentioned the of your company you are working as well as your designation and salary you are drawing. However it is settled law that no company or organisation can act in humanly. You may avail my services if you so desire.

You should flag this issue initially to your HR Managers and then to Company's head. Of that does not help you out then you should sent them a legal notice asking them to denial of leave on the ground of medical emergency. I hope this should resolve the issue.

This is a very typical situation, you have to convince the employer that your illness is very serious in nature and do not allow to work or even sit in the office premises. you can give them option that i can work from the home if your job demands that. Next thing you do is see the contents of appointment letter what clause is there inrespect to the injury/illness and period of resignation . Any way if they still harass you or threaten you to file a case against you don't be scared or afraid of that. Gud lawyer will assist you in this situation..
