Need guidance on final settlement with employer

13-Jun-2023 (In Labour & Service Law)
Worked in Infosys for 9 months (6 months training + 1 month bench period + 2 months project). I was under probation and in my project I have to work 24*7. So, I absconded from Infosys. I signed a service agreement in Infosys. I got a mail for final settlement for nearly 8400 rupees. Got a mail for PF transfer also. Will I get my relieving letter and service certificate and PF amount. I was terminated from Infosys but was not asked to pay any amount pertaining to bond. I got a mail only for final settlement. Should I pay the amount?

Company has spent so much on a employee with training etc: you have not even worked for even one year after your training means what is the use of joining such a big organisation. Didn't you know about the JD that you have to work 24*7 when you are selected. It is there greatness that they are providing you the settlement and PF even after your absconding take that and be happy. They may give you relieving letter and service certificate also request them, when they have given Final Settlement even after your unprofessional conduct means they may give you the above stated documents to you.
