You need to first give legal notice to the previous company that they are doing wrong by giving wrong o fo to your new company about you. And even if the company is doing the same sen you have to take legal action against your previous company. For further details you may contact me on my personal number

Your can file the case of defamation against the company in which you were working and wrong statement was made by whom. Or even you can file the case for recovery against your employer. By which you take your list saley to and find your right position also

It is advised to you to send a notice to the company giving the details of the work you were doing in the company and if you have bank statement then annex along with it showing the details of the salary you recieved from the company. you can even give the details of the post , work, timeperiod, name of people you worked with and in failure of them to answer or fix your appointment with the lablour can come to the court for suit for recovery.
