How to get a company to pay increment and bonus to employees

Dear Sir, I am working in an Italian Company which is 95% FDI.I am working from may 2013. company has given appointment letter that it is saying the present salary is only for start up of the company then they will make increment . But company has started already 3 yrs before ,still now now they are not paying any bonus or increment or any kind of allowance . Please suggest is there any provision in law to legaly fight.
Hello, Please provide for the Branch Address in India and the appointment letter. We will need to send legal notice for the compliance of the promise. However for that the appointment letter and the company appointment policy needs to be studied. So you are requested to provide the details for the same.
