How to do full and final settlement from the ex company

8 months back i joined a company where by there sweet talks they made me sign a bond. However till now they have not given me offer letter and any copy of bond that i signed. Also have kept my original marksheet with them. Last month i asked for salary hike which was promised at the time of joining. Since they didnt hike the salary i left my job. I have not got my last month salary. Now they are sending their people to my home at 12 night. Asking me to clear the dues. What shall i do.
Send a legal notice to them through your advocate by asking to pay your full and final settlement. What due they are asking by coming at 12.30 AM, why don't lodge police complaint against them when they visit you at late night. What bond you have signed without even going through it and how can you sign. Do you posses any proof to show that you have worked with that company did they transfer your salary to your account when you are working with them, what is your designation there , try to consult someone who worked in that company and cheated like you and join together and lodge a compliant or suit by asking compensation and other remedies before court.
