How to deal with unfair termination from employement

I'm working in a Call Center and we are frisked at the entry to the premises. While being frisked at the entry at the time of my shift start, I was found carrying "Bhaang" which is also treated as "Prashaad" in many temples in town and thats how I got it. Instead of getting a blood test done and finding if I was intoxicated or not, the company has terminated me without paying my salary or giving me a releiving letter. They are further asking me to give a written consent to the termination. Can you please guide me ?

As for as I concern your service will be govern by the agreement which would be executed at the time of appointment, my advise for you that you read the agreement very carefully that what is the procedure mentioned in such agreement about termination, if there is any violation of clause then you can go before the labour court to challenge the action taken by the employer.
At any cast you don't give your consent for termination.
