mere ladai hua hai nebour se jis ki wajha se unhone f.I.r launch ki hai police station me 308 ACT. Sir I am student. Kya me govt. Job k liye apply nhi kar skta kya...? Mujhe govt. Job nhi mil skti...?
Registration of an FIR against you is no bar for your appointment in government or any other job. However while filling up the application form for any government or any other department you must specifically mention the fact. You must engage a good lawyer to sincerely contest your case registered under section 308 IPC.

you are still innocent unless and until charges are proved against you. yes you can apply for the job but in some cases govt want clarification wheather any cases is pending or not . you have to be very diplomatic over there. one thing is sure incase charges are proved against you you can work in the govt establishment any where in india... go for the settlement and quash the fir.
