Since how long have you been working in the organization and since when has the salary not been paid. What are the terms mentioned in the appointment letter issued to you at the time of appointment? You definitely have a right to claim your salary but for that complete set of papers with regard to your employment as well as the other affected employees will have to be shown

You should send a legal notice(along with the other employees) to your employer & complain in writing before the labour commissioner who comes under your jurisdiction..
Filing a suit in labour court is the next thing to do.

Hope fully ur firm must be registered. Please go through the Memorandum of Understanding. Also see the terms and conditions of service. It appears that your legal right of livelihood is being hit by the your employer. You can approach to appropriate form for ibid redressal.
