Company not providing documents relating to employment

This is raising a complaint That the company has not provided my relevant documents related to JOINIG, RELEIVING, and EXPERIENCE. I Joined the Company on August 1st 2015 and saying that company will provide Documents after joining and sending me direct project location (PUNE). After Joining and during my tenure with company I asked several times and I was given dates but never given my relevant documents. Due to this unprofessional behavior of the company, I resigned the company on 4th August 2016, and they accepted my resignation and same communicated through mail and my last working day is 1st Sep 2016 and same communicated through mail, Based on this confirmation I had forwarded the same resignation acceptance to my joining company and they acknowledged and released my offer letter, subject to joining by latest of 1st sep 2016 and then I asked the relevant documents they don’t provide documents and salary of final settlement.
Don't bother file an application before appropriate government in state controlled industry before commissioner of labour state and in case of central government Also commissioner of labour central. For further Please call

Serve your company with a legal notice. Through the legal notice ask then to forthwith release all your dues and make a full and final settlement. Also, ask them to issue you a requisite experience certificate together with a relieving letter. Incase they fail to comply with this notice, proceed against them in the labour Court.
