Can i be terminated if i am unable to present the reliving letter

I am working tata AIA life as a branch manager at kota. Prior to tata I was working star union dai-ichi and prior that I was working reliance life insurance. Presently tata demanding reliving letter of star union and reliance. I have provide star reliving but I can't provide reliance life reliving because I was terminated in reliance. Let me know tata can terminate me due to this ground that I am not providing reliving letter of reliance ???

Yes if the termination of the Reliance was hidden at the time of interview at Tata , the present company can very much Terminate you from the services on the grounds of cheating and fabricating facts of previous employment.
